The BenjiBall bat is about the same length as a regular baseball bat. The Benji ball is just a bit larger than a regulation softball; its 10-sided shape makes grasping and pitching it easier than a round softball.

Select Board Will Negotiate Lindemer Easement In Executive Session

With Spring Town Meeting voter approval to authorize the Select Board to enter into negotiations with Boston Road resident Kevin Lindemer for an easement to install and maintain an underground sewer over the town-owned Country Club property, Town Manager Mark Haddad said he wanted to get the process started.

Pepperell Police Seize Drugs, Guns and Cash

With assistance from Groton, Dunstable and Littleton Police Departments as well as the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) - as part of an on-going investigation - Pepperell Police arrested three men and seized a variety of drugs and firearms after executing a search warrant at 5 Mill Street in Pepperell last Friday night. Select Board member Becky Pine updated her Board on the ABCC (Alcohol, Beverage Control Commission) hearing for an appeal by Kent Leung of Kent Ventures who was denied an All-Alcoholic Package Store Application by the Select Board to operate a package store in West Groton Center at the former Clover Farms Market.
