Honor Veterans at Fort Devens Museum, November 9

On Saturday November 9, the Fort Devens Museum will hold its annual Open House celebrating Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Exhibits are on view that chronicle the history of Camp and Fort Devens and the roles its men and women played overseas and on the home front.
     Additionally, there will be two special programs during the day:

Family Barn Dance

Indian Hill Big Band--Concert& Dancing

Band leader Jerry Sabatini leads two nights of swinging Big Band hits, including music of Duke Ellington, Harry James, Artie Shaw, Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, and more. Come to dance or just listen. Free pre-concert dance workshop at 6:30 pm with in- structor Karen Brown (with concert ticket): Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2 at 7:30 pm, 36 King Street, Littleton.
