UMass Lowell Research Tackles Head Injuries in Youth Football

An athletic training method shown to reduce head injuries in high school football will be rolled out in Hawaii soon through an $800,000 grant to the UMass Lowell researcher who designed the system.

Popular Sports Camp to Repeat Next Summer

Sessions for the Groton Dunstable Strength and Conditioning Camp run all summer Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Currently filled, they will run again next summer. Those who might be interested should contact Community Education now for more information.

College sophomore Claire Grigglestone of Groton was named to the New England Rowing Championships (NERC) All-Scholar Team for this past season. 

 A graduate of Groton-Dunstable High School, she is the daughter of Margaret and David Grigglestone.
