Two Dunstable CC Hearings on Solar Array Proposal

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

   The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 6:40pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by David Albrecht from 978 PV Solar Development, LLC for properties owned by George McGovern Jr. and Robert Kennedy and located at 0 Blodgett Street (Map 21-3-3) and 0 Lowell Street (Map 22-50-0). The applicant proposes to construct a ground-mounted photovoltaic solar array system on approximately 32.8 acres (two parcels).  This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.  Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA.  For information, call 978-649-4514 x230.

Elias and located at 446 Pleasant Street (Map 7-3-0), 0 Pleasant Street (Map 8-39-0 & 8-43-0) and 0 Groton (Map 8-37-0).  The applicant proposes to construct a ground-mounted photovoltaic solar array system on approximately 137 acres (three parcels with 446 Pleasant St serving as site access).  This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.  Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA.  For information, call 978-649-4514 x230.
