Request for Qualifications
The Town of Groton, Massachusetts Town Manager is seeking a Request for Qualifications for Professional Project/Construction Management Services for an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to oversee the design and reconstruction of a new Highway Facility located on Cow Pond Brook Road, Groton, Massachusetts. The OPM shall be the Town Manager’s and Highway Facilities Building Committee’s principal agent in providing Project Management services during the entire project. The Town will engage in a project architect in a separate agreement to provide design services. Copies of the Request for Qualifications may be secured at the Office of the Town Manager, Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450, or by emailing mhaddad@townofgroton.org. All proposals must be received before 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, in the Office of the Town Manager, Attn: Mark W. Haddad, Town Manager. Please provide one (1) original of the Qualifications submitted.
The Town Manager reserves the right to accept any submittal in whole or in any part and to reject any or all submittals if it shall be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
