Town Seeks Bids on Prescott School Sprinkler System

LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF GROTON INVITATION FOR BID
Sealed general bids for Fire Protection Upgrades at the Prescott School will be accepted at the Town of Groton, Town Hall, Town Manager’s Office, 173 Main Street, Groton, Massachusetts 01450 until 10:00 A.M., April 15, 2020, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. General bidders must submit a Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) certification of eligibility in the category of Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems with their bid.
A Pre-bid Conference and site visit has not been scheduled at this time.
Plans and Specifications will be available on March 11, 2020 after 9:00 AM. Plans may be obtained electronically by emailing BLW Engineers, Inc. at info@blwengineers.com.
The Town of Groton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, wholly or in part in accordance with M.G.L. Ch149.
