TOWN OF GROTON

Request for Proposals

   The Town of Groton, Massachusetts Town Manager is seeking a Request for Proposal from qualified firms to perform full and complete, construction bidding and construction administration services for the design of a new and/or renovation and expansion of the Highway Facility currently located at Cow Pond Brook Road, Groton, Massachusetts.  Copies of the Request for Proposals may be secured at the Office of the Town Manager, Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA  01450, or by emailing mhaddad@townofgroton.org. All proposals must be received before 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, in the Office of the Town Manager, Attn: Mark W. Haddad, Town Manager. Please submit 1 (one) hard copy of the proposal and one electronic version in PDF format on a USB. 

   The Town Manager reserves the right to accept any submittal in whole or in any part and to reject any or all submittals if it shall be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
