Whereas a complaint has been brought against you in our Superior Court within and for the County of Middlesex, wherein the plaintiffs, Michele Fiore and Matthew Paquin, are individuals residing in Methuen, Essex County, Massachusetts. Whereas the plaintiffs, Michele Fiore and Matthew Paquin,
requests the Court to determine that judgment enter for the plaintiffs against the defendant, Homes Plus, Inc., as set forth in the Complaint filed in said court on September 16, 2019.
Upon the foregoing Complaint, it is ordered by the Court that the plaintiffs notify the said Defendant, that on May 4, 2020 or within twenty (20) days from the said day cause their written appearance and written answer of other lawful pleadings to be served upon Gordon E. Feener, Esquire, Feener & Wehrli, LLC, 76 Canal Street, Suite 300, Boston, MA 02114, and defend against said complaint according to law, if said corporation intends to make a defense, otherwise the said complaint may be adjudged and orders and Judgments may be entered therein in its absence by publication of an attested copy hereof in the Groton Herald, newspaper circulating in Groton, Middlesex County Massachusetts, once a week for three successive weeks, the last publication to be at least twenty days before the said May 4, 2020.
