Spring Trout Stocking Will Continue - Announcement from MassWildlife:

While stocking locations and frequency may be altered slightly due to the Coronavirus situation, MassWildlife will continue to stock trout this spring.
     Approximately 500,000 brook, brown, rainbow, and tiger trout will be stocked this spring from MassWildlife’s five hatcheries. These fish, coupled with the more than 60,000 fish stocked last fall, will provide some excellent fishing in the coming months.
     Go to Mass.gov/Trout to get stocking information that is updated daily during stocking season. Search for a specific water body or town using the sortable list, or explore new fishing spots with the map feature. Remember to buy your freshwater fishing license before you hit the water.
     MassWildlife has shut down its Westborough headquarters to public visitors, but our wonderful wildlife management areas remain open. Fortunately, stocking is in high gear. Local waters stocked this past week included:
