Field Hockey
• Friday, Oct. 9, 2020, at Groton Littleton 4, G-D 2
     Littleton field hockey trailed 2-0 at the half but rallied, scoring four unanswered goals, defeating Groton-Dunstable, 4-2. “Very disappointing,” said G-D Coach Rachel Connerty. Tigers’ Brittney Iverson fueled the comeback scoring all four goals. Belle Field notched two assists and Anna Nordhausen and Isabella Ruel each got one assist. Jenna Beauchain (goal), Jenna Koch (goal, assist) and Hannah Erickson (assist) sparked the offense for G-D. Riley Heulings and Regan Flynn continued their excellent play defensively. LHS (2-0), G-D (1-2)
• Monday, Oct 12, 2020 G-D 2, Lunenburg 0
     Hannah Erickson and Jenna Beauchain scored for G-D, both goals were unassisted. Sophomore mid-fielder Katy Paveglio and continued solid defense from Riley Heulings and Regan Flynn. Crusader Goalie Ashleigh Siciliano earns the shut out.

Boys Soccer
• Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020, G-D 10, Tyngsborough 2
     Senior David Alverez recorded a hat trick and Hunter Woolfrey added a goal and five assists to lead the Crusaders. Junior Leo Chavez Lanzano and sophomore Casey Trimper also had a pair of
goals while senior captain Matt Fordham had a goal and three assists. David Alverez’s (assist: Matt Fordham) first of three goals gave G-D a 4-1 advantage at the half. The assist machine Hunter Wolfrey, assisted on four of the Crusaders six goals tallied in the second half.
     G-D received great play from senior Aiden Piertozzi, senior Zac Elmasri and junior Ben Lyon. Dylan Hunt and George Himariotis scored for Tyngsborough. Shots favored G-D 22-6 and cor- ner kicks 6-2. Records: G-D (2- 0), THS (0-2).
Girls Soccer
• G-D 3, Lunenburg 0
Danielle Thompson, (2 goals), Mia Trawick (goal) provided the scoring and keeper Anna Carney made 12 saves for the shutout. “Anna Griffiths and freshman Cassie Prechtl had strong games for us,” said G-D Coach Sean Murphy.
