Girls Indoor Track 

In the first winter track and field meet in GDRHS history, the Groton-Dunstable girls team defeated powerful Nashoba, 60-51 and in the process established several school records. The Mid-Wach meet was held at the Fitchburg High School field house with 10 high schools competing.

Freshmen Emily Willson won the 2 mile, 12:41.7, (2) Brook Hansel (Lunenburg)12:53.2, (3) Ryleigh Levensailor -Ayer Shirley (12:58.4) and teammate (4) Emily McAuliffe (13:08.9)

Annie Gold, Briana Bozkurt, Aleigha Hilberg, Lexie Ferraro won the 4x220 in 2:03.5

Sophomore (1) Kaylin Ciesluk (1:50.)-Oakmont held off (2) Brianna Considine (1:51.8)  GD in the 600 meter run.

Gardner's Felicia Banda won the 1,000 (3:20.4) and mile (5:39.4) Other event winners included Kristina MacLure of Nashoba (55 dash, 7.4), Alyssa Madden (300, 44.6), Tess Rembetsy-Brown (55 hurdles, 9.6) and Kaylin Ciesluk of Oakmont (600, 1:50.1), Aisha Mathieu of Fitchburg (high jump, 5-0) and Elaina Karageorgis of Shrewsbury (shot put, 30-8).

Boys' Indoor Track

Nashoba 53, G-D 38                                                                                                          

Evan Lexo captured the 55M Dash-6.7 and took second in the 300 meters in 40.8 just behind Erik King (39.6) of Shrewsbury.  In the 4x440 Yard Relay,  

Oakmont (4:07.7) just edged out GD, (4:10.2)  Lucas Acaba, Patrick O'Malley, Jordan Dorff, Tom Alden

Also running well were (6) Lucas Acaba 600 Meter run 1:41.9, (9)Patrick O'Malley 1 mile run-(5:21.9) and

(7) Jordan Dorff, in the 1000 Meter Run (3:10.8.) and High jump (3)with a jump of five feet.           

Erik King of Shrewsbury won the 300 in 39.6, while teammate Jake Steinberg took the 600 (1:35.9).

Other winners included Adam Heislein (mile, 4:54.9), Kyle Cloutier (2 mile, 10:47.8) and Adam Heislein (high jump, 5-4) of Nashoba,

Jake DeGrace (55 dash, 8.7) and Jake DeGrace of Lunenburg (high jump, 5-4), Evan Lexo of Groton-Dunstable (55 dash, 6.7),

Joseph Capps of Narragansett (1000, 3:01.4) and Leo Ramirez of Fitchburg (shot put, 52-11). 4x440 Yard Relay
