BOYS SOCCER

Groton, MA - Junior Matt Tornaritis broke into the right side of the 18 on a great feed from Tyler Belanger and finished low to the far post for the 1-0 lead in the 65th minute. Algonquin midfielder Connor Henry got off a shot in the 70th minute that hit a Crusader defender and went in to draw the game even at 1-1. Both teams had several chances throughout the match but could not capitalize. GD received great play from junior Tim Hilbrunner, sophomore Partick Keating, and seniors Nick Fordham and Anthony Resca. GD travel to Westborough on Thursday 9/19 to Records:

GD 1-0-2, Algonquin 1-1-1.
