Based on this, he also expects the tax rate to drop from $18.90 per thousand dollars of valuation to $18.86 per thousand.
TWO TARBELL ARTICLES
The Board re-opened the Spring Town Warrant to include two articles relating to the potential sale of Tarbell School. The Town Manager said he was approached by a Realtor from Pepperell saying a client is interested in purchasing Tarbell, with a goal of converting it into three units of residential housing. The two articles that the Board will add is one to authorize the Board to sell the historic school and the second to change the zoning from a P District to an R-A District.
