Town Holds Licenses, For Now

Following up from an earlier meeting where Selectmen learned that the town, under Town Manager Mark Haddad, had been the holder of record of two liquor licenses for Groton Country Club, Haddad told them that it is in the "best interest for the town" to continue holding these licenses until June 1, 2016, at which time they will be put in the name of the operator of the Tavern and the Function Hall.
