Request for Bids 

The Town of Groton Board of Selectmen, hereby requests proposals from interested persons to purchase or lease the parcel of land located at 145 Main Street, Groton Massachusetts, with a building thereon known as the Prescott School, which Land contains, 2.81 acres, more or less, and which Building contains 27,330 square feet, more or less. 

Request for Proposal forms can be obtained in the Board of Selectmen's Office beginning on February 5, 2014.  The Board of Selectmen will conduct an optional bidders briefing and tour of the Premises on February 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.  Proposals are due in the Office of the Town Manager on March 20, 2014 by 10:00 a.m.
