Planning Board Hopes to Reach Agreement on Tarbell Plan

On September 10, the Planning Board is scheduled to meet with Kevin McGonicle, potential developer of the Tarbell School Building, to review an engineering assessment of storm water runoff for the site and to see if the Board can finally come to resolution of a reasonable and mutually agreeable plan for the site, thus allowing development of the project to go forward.
