November 4 State Election: Town Clerk Extends Hours For Absentee Voters
The deadline to request an Absentee Ballot for the November 4 state election is Monday, November 3 at 12 PM (Noon). Because of the interest in this election and the often last minute need for absentee ballots, the Town Clerk's Office will extend its normal hours to include:
Friday, October 31 - open until 6 PM
Saturday, November 1 - open 9 AM to 12 PM (Noon)
The November 4 state election features races for statewide and federal offices, including Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General. The ballot also has four initiative petition questions, including eliminating gas tax indexing, expanded beverage container deposits and prohibitions on gaming and earned sick time for employees.
Please contact the Town Clerk's office at 978-448-1100 or townclerk@townofgroton.org for more information. Thank you for voting.
