New Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Policy for Town Employees

At their last meeting, Groton's Selectmen voted to adopt a new employee policy on Sexual Harassment and Discrimination. The new policy is essentially a consolidation of existing policies, reordered and reworded for clarity and consistency.
