Local Foundations Give to Cooperative Elder Services

Cooperative Elder Services, Inc, (CESI) an Adult Day Health and Memory Care Program located at 8 West Main St., Groton, would like to thank the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts and the Greater Lowell Community Foundation for their generous contributions. 

The combined grant of $5000 supports the Scholarship Program, which funds Adult Day Health and transportation services for low-income and frail elders from the Nashoba Valley and North Central areas. CESI in Groton is open Monday through Friday and provides a light breakfast, full hot lunch and afternoon snack, daily nursing care, socialization with peers, meaningful activities, door-to-door transportation and family caregiver support.
