Informational Seminar for Home Sellers

MRM Realty is offering a Home Selling Seminar, Thursday, March 3 at 7 p.m. at MRM Realty office, 316 Boston Rd., Groton. You will learn about all the things you need to know before putting your home on the market, including legal issues, disclosure issues, appraisal issues, septic issues, banking issues, board of health and safety issues. In addition you will get tips on staging and where best to invest your money to realize top dollar.
