Groton Elected Office Nomination Papers are Available

Nomination papers for Groton's elected offices are available now. If you've thought about applying your skills or pursuing an interest serving in an elected capacity, now is the time! Almost all offices have an expiring terms. A complete list of openings is available at www.townofgroton.org . Look for Election and Voter Information in the list at the left.

Running for office is a straightforward activity. There is a simple process to be followed, consisting of collecting signatures for your nomination. The more interesting part is garnering votes based upon what you want to accomplish in serving as an elected official.
