The EAT for Life Festival and Forum

Spring into healthful living with The EAT for Life Festival and Forum Saturday, May 9 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 

A fundraiser for Groton Community Dinners, The EAT for Life Festival and Forum will be held at First Parish Church of Groton, Powderhouse Rd.  An admission fee of $20 includes demonstrations, seminars, local gourmet goodies and a delicious, hearty lunch prepared by Chef Karen Zimmerman of the Café at Groton Wellness.

The day will be filled with demonstrations on various topics, from baking bread at home to fermenting and from cooking whole foods for your family to juicing with weeds. There will be kids' workshops on food rainbows (painting), karate, and yoga as well as free childcare.
