Groton Board of Selectmen and the Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, February 18, 2018 in the Selectmen's Meeting Room starting at 6:00 p.m. to "Develop New Budget Instruction for the Fiscal Year 2017 Proposed Operating Budget and Provide Town Manager with Clear and Concise Instructions."
