Board of Assessors Vacancy
As required by MGL Chapter 41, Section 10 and 11, there exists a vacancy on the Town of Groton Board of Assessors. Initial interviews will be held at the Board of Assessors meeting on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 7:00 P.M.
The appointment to fill said vacancy shall be in a joint session with the Board of Selectmen and the remaining Board of Assessors Members at a Selectmen's Meeting to be held on Monday, January 11, 2016 in the Groton Town Hall at a time to be determined.
All interested individuals shall complete a Committee Interest Form and submit said form to Rena Swezey, Principal Assessor, whose office is located at 173 Main Street, Groton by 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 31, 2015. Committee Interest Forms can be found at the Selectmen's Office on the second floor of the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street or on the Town's website www.townofgroton.org.
