Appointments To Charter Review, School District Agreement Review, Prescott School, and Trails Committees

Groton Board of Selectmen have made several appointments to fill vacancies in town committees. They include:

Michael McCoy to fill the Charter Review Committee position vacated by Town Clerk Mike Bouchard, who resigned for personal reasons;

Leslie Lathrop to the Municipal Building Committee for Prescott School;

John Giger - the lone applicant for the position - to the Regional School Agreement Review Committee. Selectmen praised Giger as an excellent candidate for the position, having an excellent command of detail and a familiarity with school issues, having served on the School Committee;

Steve Henderson to the Trails Committee.
