Site Plan Review for Kilbourn Place (formerly Donelan's)

Public Hearing Notice Section 218-25 Site Plan Review 

    In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, §§9and11,M.G.L.,and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by Kilbourn Place, LLC under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-25 Site Plan Review for the proposed rehabilitation of the existing structure and site improvements at 240 Main Street. The structure and site will be repurposed for small scale retail and professional offices as shown on the plans entitled “Kilbourn Place LLC, 240 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450” dated June 12, 2019 prepared by Lincoln Architects, LLC; and a plan entitled “Site Plan, 240 Main Street, Groton, Massachusetts” dated May 31, 2019 prepared by Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, Inc. The project site is located at 240 Main Street, formerly the Donelan’s Market (Assessors Map 112; Parcel 90).

    Copies of the application and plans are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
