Groton School's Hale Smith Retiring

Groton School's CFO Hale Smith presented Selectmen with the $100,000 annual gift from the school, the 7th in a series over 20 years.

Smith, retiring after two decades on the job, advised that his successor will be Arthur Diaz was the former CFO of Pomfret School.
