Florence Roche Students Present Treasure Island

Adventure, intrigue, pirates, and the search of the illusive buried treasure all come to life on the PAC stage. Come and bring the entire family to see the classic tale by Robert Louis Stevenson as you've never seen it before with music by Jeanne Bargy, Mary Donnelly, Jim Eiler, Ruth Kenwood, Nick Perrin, and George L. O. Stid.

Groton Dunstable Community Education-sponsored Florence Roche Elementary school play, directed by retired elementary teacher Joby Jeffrey, is a tradition that has lasted for 30 years. In this show you will see more than 100 pupils from Florence Roche Elementary School sing, dance, and create memories all while learning self-confidence and teamwork.

See Jim Hawkins, Captain Smollett, Squire Trelawney, and of course Long John Silver have the adventure of their lives Friday, Feb. 27 and Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at the Groton Dunstable Middle School Performing Arts Center (PAC) in Groton.

All tickets may be purchased on the day of the show at the door and admission is $12 for adults and $8 for students and seniors. All proceeds directly benefit Florence Roche third and fourth grade students and their play. This show is recommended for all ages.
