REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
For Custodial Cleaning Services
Due: Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 10:00 am
The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District requests proposals from qualified firms interested in providing custodial cleaning services as further described in the request for proposal.
Bids may be obtained on or after Monday, July 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EST at:

The office is currently not open to the public due to COVID-19 instructions. Email distribution is preferred; however, arrangements can be made for RFP package pickup if necessary.
All bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. EST, Thursday, August 6, 2020 at the above mentioned address.
Proposals will not be opened publically. Proposals demonstrating that they meet all of the submission requirements of this request for proposal (RFP) will be deemed “responsive” and will be evaluated and rated at the discretion of the District. The award will be made to the vendor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the District as described in the proposal package.
All proposals and price proposals must be sealed and clearly marked:
“Qualification Proposal Custodial Cleaning Services”
and
“Price Proposal”
The Groton-Dunstable Regional School Committee, the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informality, investigate the ability of vendor to honor a proposal, and select a proposal and award a contract considered to be in the best interest of the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District.
