Section 218-25 Site Plan Review

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by the Town of Groton under the provisions of Groton Zoning By-law Section 218-25 Site Plan Review for improvements to the existing DPW facility on Cow Pond Brook Road including demolition of existing structures, renovation of existing maintenance garage/office, construction of proposed vehicle storage building, construction of proposed fire cistern, and associated site improvements.  The proposed project is shown on the plans entitled, “Groton DPW Facility Improvements”, prepared by Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, Inc.  The DPW facility is located at 600 Cow Pond Brook Road, on the easterly side of the road across from the athletic fields (Assessors Map 248, Parcel 41).

Copies of the application and plans are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.  Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
