Pictured is Nancy Barringer describing Woods Block at 30 Hollis Street.  This commercial building was built in 1898 by Moses Palmer as a three story building with a gathering hall on the third floor.  A fire in 1923 severely damaged the top two floors.  It was rebuilt as a one story commercial building and still serves as commercial space.
