Tracy E. Smith of West Groton has been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2013 semester at Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York. Tracy is the daughter of Paul and Cindy Smith and is a double major in Psychology and Sociology and also serves as President of the Active Minds Club.
