Remembering the Battle of the Bulge

On Saturday, December 21 Fort Devens Museum will host a program in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. The public is invited to attend a 1 p.m. program highlighting the history of the Battle and some of the local monuments dedicated to those who fought there.

Shirley resident, Joe Landry, will talk about his own experiences in the Battle of the Bulge and his recent trip back to Europe to visit some of the same places he served 75 years ago.

Fort Devens Museum is located on the third floor of 94 Jackson Road, Devens and is wheelchair accessible. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays, Fridays, and the third Saturday of each month. Admission to this event is free, but donations are appreciated.
