Margaret “Peggy” Ann (Woodside) Dailey

Margaret “Peggy” Ann (Woodside) Dailey age 72 of Westford formerly of Pepperell passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at her residence.
     Margaret Ann was born in Augusta, Maine on November 23, 1946 a daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Messer) Woodside. Raised in Pepperell, she enjoyed swimming, ice skating, participating in Girl Scouts and caring for horses. Peggy worked for Bemis Bag and Sterilite for many years but her real passion was caring for others; she worked for Rivercourt Residences in Groton and LifeCare Services. Upon retiring she continued to care for others and was always available for those in need.
     Peggy is survived by her four loving children, Eugene Currier and wife Amy, Patricia Chilton, Brian Dailey and wife Jenny and Misty Bergeron and husband TJ; her cherished grandchildren, Gene, Shana, Dustin, Tawny, Cody, Khrysta, Christian, Alexis, Mason and Trevor. She is also survived by 14-great-grandchildren and her brother Richard Woodside and his wife Barbara. She was predeceased by her sister Kay Joslin and brother Robert Woodside.
     Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Peggy on Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Bad- ger Funeral Home, 45 School St., Groton. Her funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Pepperell will be private.
     In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Pepperell Lions Club, P.O. Box 1353, Pepperell, MA 01463.
