K. William B. Cox of Groton, Age 89
Bill passed Saturday , August 18, 2018 after a year of declining health. Bill was born in Medford on February 28, 1929 and was the son of the late K. William B. Cox Sr. and Lillian (Closson) Cox.
A graduate of Winchester High School, Bill worked at T.I.C. in Acton before moving to Groton with his wife Joan E. (Dade) Cox who preceded him in October 2011.
Bill’s passion was his family and home, gardening, puttering and fishing. He was an original Do-it-yourselfer for all projects big and small.
Surviving him are three daughters, Deborah and her husband David Houser of St. John, FL; Sandra and her husband Paul Morin of Townsend; and Rhonda Auger of Groton. Five grandchildren: Daniel and his wife Amanda Houser of St. John, FL; Timothy Morin of Nashua, NH; Sarah and her husband Kevin Luce of Hudson, NH; Alan Auger of Jamaica Plain; and Tyler Auger of Greenville, NH. Three great grandchildren: Wyatt and Scarlett Houser and Jacob Luce. Bill is also survived by his sister-in-law Patricia (Dade) Swansburg of Bedford, NH.
