Florence V. (Pezanoski) Giguere, 86

Florence V. (Pezanoski) Giguere, 86, of Groton, former Terryville, CT resident, widow of Ernest A. Giguere, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012 at home.

Florence was born Dec. 27, 1925 in Pequabuck, CT. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Josephine (Fretiski) Pezanoski.  She was a member of the Terryville Congregational Church.

Florence is survived by her son, Marshall Giguere of Groton; her daughter, Judith Giguere of Terryville; her grandchildren, Matthew Armbruster, Brian Armbruster, William Giguere and four great grandchildren.

 Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, 11 a.m. at the Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Terryville. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Saturday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family request donations in memory of Florence be made to either the Terryville Congregational Church, or ARF (The Animal Rescue Foundation of Terryville). www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
