Clearing the Land Behind the History Center

George Brackett of Sierra Tree Service &  Keith Hooper of Block & Blade Landscapers [above] along with many volunteers lent equipment, labor & expertise to clear land behind Groton History Museum [Boutwell House] of more than 100 trees  to make way for a garden/ Gibbet Hill Viewing Area. Josh Degen of Earthscape volunteered equpment and expertise. Jeff Gordon of Groton Business and Professional Association and Exit Assurance Realty organized and spear-headed the all-volunteer community project.
