PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 6:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to expand a yard on an existing house lot. Request submitted and property owned by Kiley Brock Homes LLC and located at Lot 1 Pond Street, Map 14, Lot 2 & 2-1. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, Sec. 40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).
