Groton Conservation Commission

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by Dana Rich, Bursaw Gas and Oil Inc., for the installation on an underground propane tank and utility trench at 34 Brown Lane (Assessor’s Parcel 231-27).  The proposed work is located within the 100-foot wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.

Parker-Roach for a Certificate of Appropriateness for two pre-fab structures to be installed behind the home at 113 Main Street.    There will be a Fall Town Meeting on Monday, October 1, 2018, at 7:00 P.M., and also a Special Town Meeting on the same night at 7:30 P.M., Groton Dunstable Middle School Center for the Arts, Main Street, Groton, MA.  The purpose of these Town Meetings will be to vote on articles contained in the October 1, 2018 Fall Town Meeting Warrant and in the October 1, 2018 Special Town Meeting Warrant being mailed to all residents on September 14, 2018.  Both Warrants will be contained in one mailing.
