Zoning Board Hearing on Non-Conforming Structure and Setback

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, upstairs to convene the hearing for the application George and Deborah Holly, 99 Boathouse Rd., Groton, MA, for a special permit to alter a non-conforming structure and a variance from setback on Lot 130-91, 99 Boathouse Rd., Groton, MA.
