Wetlands Hearing for New House

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, 173 Main Street, to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by Otto Piene for the construction of an addition to an existing single family house and a new septic system upgrade within 100 feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and within 200 feet of James Brook. The property is located at 383 Old Ayer Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 221-3.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
