Special Permit Modification - 20 Station Avenue

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2015at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Daniel and Lori McElroy to modify Special Permit #2014-14 to utilize the provisions of Section 218-30.2 Town Center Overlay District for the rehabilitation of the former Fire Station as shown on the plan entitled, "Grading Plan, 14-20 Station Avenue, Groton, Massachusetts," prepared Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, dated September 12, 2014, with revisions through June 10, 2015. The proposed project is located at 20 Station Avenue on Assessors' Map 113, Parcel 59, on the northwesterly side of Station Avenue.

Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Groton Planning Board at 978 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.

L., the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, 173 Main Street, to consider the application submitted by Daniel McElroy, Trustee; Groton Center Realty Trust, for a Special Permit to utilize the provisions of Section 218-30.2 Town Center Overlay District for the rehabilitation of an existing parking lot and construction of a 575 SF structure as shown on the plan entitled, "Grading Plan, 14-20 Station Avenue, Groton, Massachusetts," prepared Ducharme & Dillis Civil Design Group, dated September 12, 2014, with revisions through June 10, 2015. The proposed project is located at 14 Station Avenue on Assessors' Map 113, Parcel 60, on the northwesterly side of Station Avenue.
