"Special and Unique Circumstances" Cited for Sign Need

Public Hearing - Sign Permit

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 196 Signs of the Code of Groton, the Sign Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 8:30 AM in the Town Hall) to consider the application submitted by Meredith Scarlet, Scarlett Hill Farm, to utilize the provisions of Section 196-8 Special and Unique Circumstances to install two signs on property located at 245 Lowell Road, Assessors Map 234, Parcel 1.

Copies of the application are on file in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by calling (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
