Public Hearing Notice

Groton Conservation Commission

 

In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 26 at 8:00 PM in the Groton Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room.  The purpose is to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Gregory & Mary Herald for the upgrade of an existing sewage disposal system at 42 Martins Pond Road (Groton Assessors Parcel 111-53).  The proposed work is located within the wetlands buffer zone and the ACEC.

 

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in Town Hall.
