The Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Kevin Hibbert for the upgrade of a Subsurface Sewage Disposal system. A portion of the work will occur within 100 feet of Lost Lake/Knops Pond. The property is located at 31 Maplewood Avenue on Groton Assessors' Parcel 122-15.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Coretta Sellers, 4 Alder Road

The Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 8:00 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Notice of Intent (ANOI) submitted by Coretta Sellers for a septic system upgrade and replacement of an existing retaining wall. The work will occur within 100 feet of Lost Lake/Knops Pond. The property is located at 4 Alder Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 130-66.

Copies of the ANOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
