Septic Replacement Hearing

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by Mike Smutek to replace a failing septic system with a tight tank within 100 ft. of Lost Lake/Knops Pond.  The property is located at 78 Maplewood Ave. on Groton Assessors' Parcel 122-22.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
