The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District is seeking separate sealed qualification and price proposals for Custodial and Light Maintenance Services District Wide.

The office is open to the Public - Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding holidays.
All bids must be received no later than 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at the previously mentioned address.
All proposals will be opened publicly at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District Office of the Director of Business and Finance, 145 Main Street, Groton, MA.
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and walk-through starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District Office of the Director of Business and Finance, 145 Main Street, Groton, MA.
All qualification proposals and price proposals must be sealed and clearly marked:
“QUALIFICATION PROPOSAL CUSTODIAL AND LIGHT MAINTENANCE SERVICES DISTRICT WIDE”
“PRICE PROPOSAL CUSTODIAL AND LIGHT MAINTENANCE SERVICES DISTRICT WIDE”
The Groton-Dunstable Regional School Committee, the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informality, investigate the ability of vendors to honor a proposal, and select a proposal and award a contract considered to be in the best interest of the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District.
