RFP for Purchase of Squannacook Hall Site

Squannacook Hall, Groton, MA:  Pursuant to M.G.L. c.30B (16) the Town of Groton, acting by and through its Board of Selectmen, herby requests proposals from interested persons to purchase the parcel of land located at 33 West Main Street, West Groton, Massachusetts (the "Land), with a building thereon known as Squannacook Hall (the "Building"), which Land contains 0.50 acres, more or less, and which Building contains 5,172 square feet, more or less.

The Board of Selectmen's ability to sell the Premises is contingent on Town Meeting authorization.
