Request for Proposals (RFP) for LEASE OF GARAGE FACILITIES

LOCATED AT 23 STATION AVENUE, GROTON, MA 01450

The Groton Electric Light Department is accepting bids for the leasing of GELD's garage facilities located along the rail trail at 23 Station Avenue.

To obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) contact Tammi Lemire via email at tlemire@grotonelectric.org or call 978-448-1150 or stop by the Light Department at 23 Station Ave., Groton, MA. A site walk is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 or contact Kevin Kelly to make arrangements to view the premises.

Sealed Bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM on Friday, December 18, 2015. Bids should be clearly marked "2015/16 Garage Lease" and addressed to: Groton Electric Light Dept., 23 Station Avenue, Groton, MA 01450. Two copies of the bid shall be submitted.
