Request to Re-Grade Backyard

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetl Gands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 7:30 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Michael Bergin to re-grade the backyard within 100ft of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.  The property is located at 4 Brown Loaf Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 234-18.3.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
